Overview
Packages of work were split between the Civils Contractor and Staffordshire County Council and took place on a major junction, partly operated by the local authority and partly by the DBFO trunk road maintainer. All works were programmed within complex traffic management arrangements and live traffic to ensure minimal disruption to road users and local business, including the adjacent JCB factory.
