With today being Samaritans Awareness Day, highlighting the fact that they're available 24/7, we wanted to bring awareness to their wonderful, annual campaign. 

Every year in July, Samaritans branches in the UK and Republic of Ireland hold local events to raise awareness that Samaritans are here to listen to anyone who's struggling to cope, at any time of the day or night.

At ATM, we are proud to have 12 in-house Mental Health First Aiders, with the door open to any further employees who wish to take the course. We were also honoured to have a member of the Samaritans provide some training at our last company away day.
