ATM are committed to reducing the impact of its activities on the environment. To help monitor and improve its environmental performance, the company operates an environmental management system that conforms to ISO 14001:2015 standards.

ISO 14001:2015 is applicable to any organization, regardless of size, type and nature, and applies to the environmental aspects of its activities, products and services that the organization determines it can either control or influence considering a life cycle perspective.

This means, we can manage our environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability, with intended outcomes including:

· Enhancement of environmental performance

· Fulfilment of compliance obligations

· Achievement of environmental objectives.

We are proud to be able to contribute to the biodiversity and sustainability of the environment, through the works we carry out and are committed to enhancing wildlife habitats, whilst reducing the commercial and environmental impact of our projects.

To date, we have planted over 2 million trees and over 2000 hectares of grass and wildflower seeds. The latter is equivalent in size, to 3750 football pitches!

We also carry out ecological mitigation fencing and environmental barriers, with which we’ve almost reached the moon!

ATM regularly work closely with Ecologists, to establish safe systems of work, with due consideration for appropriate ecological sensitivity, such as Newts, Birds and Badgers.
