The A19 Norton to Wynyard project received recognition at the recent Highways Awards, with Balfour Beatty, Atkins and National Highways scooping Road Safety Scheme of the Year!

ATM have been working on the Norton to Wynyard project for the last 18 months, where our Northern team have completed extensive Fencing work, with over 2000 meters of timber edge protection installed (all hand dug), along with 300 meters of closed board and various bolt-on fencing installed throughout the course of the work.

Planting of the SouthBound Carriageway will be commencing in November and we will be carrying out ongoing maintenance of Northbound plants and grass from last season.

Well done to all involved for delivering the project safely and ahead of schedule and it is fantastic to see the scheme receive the recognition it truly deserves!
