Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week: Meet Kenzie Bryson and Molly Payne

As National Apprenticeship Week unfolds, we are thrilled to highlight the journeys of two exceptional apprentices who are making significant strides in their careers here at ATM. Kenzie Bryson and Molly Payne, through their dedication and enthusiasm, have already become key cogs in the ATM machine. 

Kenzie Bryson: Bids Administration Apprentice

Q: When did you start your apprenticeship at ATM? 

A: I began my apprenticeship journey at ATM on the 11th of January 2024. 

Q: What is your job title and apprenticeship course?  

A: I am currently undertaking a Bids Administration Apprenticeship, working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. 

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at ATM? 

A: My favourite thing about ATM is the team I work with and everyone in the office in general. It’s a very good work atmosphere, and everyone gets along with each other. 

Q: What have you learned so far during your apprenticeship? 

A: I have learnt how to work as a team and communicate with others effectively. Additionally, I have acquired a wide range of skills that help me perform my duties on a day-to-day basis. 

Molly Payne: Business Administration Apprentice

Q: When did you start your apprenticeship at ATM? 

A: I started my apprenticeship on the 6th of November 2023. 

Q: What is your job title and apprenticeship course

A: I am currently a Business Administration Apprentice working towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at ATM? 

A: During my time here, my favourite thing about working for ATM is the people I get to work with. I get along with everyone so well; it’s a pleasure to work for ATM. 

Q: What have you learned so far during your apprenticeship? 

A: After 3 months of being at ATM, I’ve widened my skill set tremendously by learning new systems and gaining insights into the workings of the business in general.
