Darcy Fox, our Recruitment and Retention Manager, and Sophie Hitchen, our Bid Administration Assistant, recently attended Askham Bryan’s Speedmock Interviews event, giving students their first taste of job hunting in the professional world. 

The event ran a short format with students rotating around different interviewers over the day. The aim of the exercise is to help students practice employability skills in a safe environment and develop confidence in communicating with a range of interviewers. 

We’d like to thank all the students who took time to be put in the hot seat opposite the team, we hope that you got something from the day.
