ATM are delighted to take on Work Placement and Apprenticeship candidates, to develop their skillset and progress their career within the construction industry.

With the ladies currently leading the way, which is extra refreshing in our sector, we are delighted to announce that Courtney Thomas has completed and passed her Apprenticeship in Business Admin and we are elated that she will be continuing her career path with ATM in the role of Operations Administrator at our Weston-Super-Mare depot.

Emily Young has completed a three-month office-based work placement at Head Office in Boroughbridge, before embarking on her A-Levels this Autumn. Emily has been extremely helpful, organised and highly efficient in everything she has been tasked with. She excelled in her GCSE’s and we wish her lots of luck for an extremely bright future ahead!

John Gumble is currently undertaking an Operative Apprenticeship, working closely with our Southern Ops team. John is quick to learn and has proven to be a real credit to the team thus far, with his developing skills.

ATM would like to take this time to congratulate Courtney and Emily and wish John well with his ongoing Apprenticeship.

The sky really is the limit for these three and we are thrilled to be able to assist our employees in such a way, for their personal and professional development.
